恭喜這座器材的新主人。SkyWatcher馬克蘇托夫牛頓MN190及EQ6R Pro赤道儀連立柱。馬克蘇托夫牛頓是所有折反射鏡中最好用的一種布局，影像修正度比施密特牛頓更上一層樓，同時享受f/5.2的像場及f/8牛頓鏡的修正度，這是施密特卡式望遠鏡的痛點。密封式鏡筒避免鏡面積塵，亦沒有副鏡支架造成的繞射問題降低影像對比度。香港一鏡主說這鏡比自己的高橋TOA150的成像更優秀。望遠鏡拍攝APS片幅時不用加修正鏡，唯一代價就是比較重，需要EQ6 級別的赤道儀才可以。
Congratulate the new owner of this mighty setup, SkyWatcher Maksutov Newtonian MN190 on EQ6R Pro mount and pier tripod. Maksutov Newtonian is the most versatile catadioptric telescope. Image correction one level up above Schmidt Newtonian, performs like f/8 Newtonian while offering large field of view at f/5.2, which is the pain of Schmidt Cassegrains, closed tube design without problem of dust accumulation on mirrors and no secondary support hence no diffraction effect the lower the image contrast. One owner in Hong Kong said this scope performed better than his Takahashi TOA150. The scope need no corrector for deep sky imaging, good for APS format. The trade off is heavier tube hence requires EQ6 class mount.
