為期5日的小小天文家暑期科學營完滿結束，多謝各位家長信任與支持，也幸得天公造美，能夠和多位十分活潑可愛的小朋友渡過幾天學習旅程及親眼體驗星空之美 https://eshop.astro.hk/hk/catalogs/products/bc4f82cc-8b10-4b3e-9b9b-fb65e74de216
活動內容包括學習使用星圖、製作日晷、月相咭、星空投影儀、廿四節氣咭、太陽觀測眼鏡及使用方法、進入立體星象館體驗全天域星空及天文電影，又到星河科研社基地實習及利用大型天文望遠鏡及圓頂天文台觀測。小朋友須於活動完結時接受考核，通過的獲發證書。課程也包括每人一台入門級天文望遠鏡，學習組裝操作觀星及天文攝影，可配合附送的天文軟件認識星空，讓小朋友於課程後開展更深入的天文學習旅程。

The 5-day Little Astronomer Summer Science Camp has come to a successful end. Thank you to all the parents for their trust and support. We were also lucky to have good weather and spend a few days learning and experiencing the beauty of the night sky with many lovely children
The activities included learning to use star maps, making sundials, moon phase cards, star projectors, 24 solar term cards, solar observation glasses and their usage, experiencing the all-sky starry sky and astronomical movies in the Star Academy Planetarium, and going to the Galaxy Scientific Group base for practical training and observation with the large telescopes and dome observatory. Children are required to undergo assessment at the end of the activity, and those who pass will be awarded a certificate. The program also included an entry-level astronomical telescope for each person, learning assembly, operation, star-gazing and astrophotography, and getting to know the night sky with the accompanying astronomical software, so that children can continue their deeper journey of astronomical learning after the program.
The Little Astronomer scheme, which is tentatively scheduled to be launched in September, will arrange annual activities including classes, star-gazing, DIY, astronomical photography, and image processing in the form of an annual fee, and some activities can be participated by parents and children together.
