新界西新天文觀測及培訓基地建設進展順利，兩個用來安裝趟頂及圓頂天文台的水泥地台已造好，昨日又安放好化糞池，這兩天正平整場地，很快會安裝厠所及工作室，希望中電能儘早安裝電力裝置，預計11月可以為會友舉辦首次活動。
